Through policy research, capacity building and advocacy, contribute to an enabling environment where policies and processes promote sustainable livelihoods of communities in East Africa

Strategic Objectives

1. To enhance effective internal governance and management of the organization

2. To generate and package evidence in support of formulation and implementation of policies and practices that contribute towards sustainable livelihoods of communities in East Africa

3. To strengthen the capacity of communities and local institutions to effectively influence and monitor the implementation of natural resource management policies at local, national, and regional levels.
